I have been looking for one of these for a while, part number 83502323000 but without any luck so though I'd make one.
Didn't have any dimensions so worked them out from the air box lid and designed the cover on a 3D cad package. Sent the image to a 3D printing company and got this back today. Fitted a piece of stainless mesh into it and hey presto: 355

I used to work with a bloke who’s mum worked in A&E.
They did have a guy come in once with a hoover attachment attached somewhere sensitive. His story was he was hoovering the stairs naked and he fell down them. 358

I ordered a pair off EBay for a classic mini. About £25 the pair, my mate had one for his Triumph.
Fitted perfectly in my 550 in minutes. |
