Laverda....I tried very hard to get it but it isn't out there anymore. The US forum advised me to plain cut out a a piece of scotch brite and so I did.

I'm getting some things done to my CB400 tomorrow and it's the right time to fit the fork gaiters I've got waiting. Feel a bit on the fence...they were never standard at any point (?) but I like the way they add to classic looks...but for better or worse? Your thoughts.....

I'm about to fit the oil drain tube I've acquired that goes into breather collector box that goes under the air box. It came with a sponge in the wide end, I'm not sure this stays in or is just part of the packaging....ding dong ...?

I'm soon to acquire a new petrol tank and side panels and also the decals for my red CB400F2. I want of course to get them painted and decals fitted, what I want to find out is a good place to get the work done in greater London ....suggestions?

I had exactly the same problem with my CB400F2 from the moment I acquired her. First gear selected ok until the engine warmed up after a few minutes then nearly impossible. All other gears were unaffected. I imagined I had a crank splitting job ahead of me. Then I discovered that simply by adjusting the gear shift lever a little had the problem solved!
