Title: Intro
Post by: Trygve on December 02, 2008, 03:48:08 AM
My name is Trygve Klem, and I live outside Lismore, NSW, Australia. I have recently bought a CB 750 SS 1978 model. Which I have started to sort out the various areas needing some attention. When I opened the dynamo cover where the stator is, some oil leaked out. Is there supposed to be oil in there. (as you can guess, it's a long time since I have owned a motorbike.

Hello from all in the UK.

I don't think that a little bit of oil under the alternator cover is bad or uncommon.

You will probably meet more Aussies on or sister (global) site: www.sohc4.net - if you haven't found it already, it looks the same as this (uses the same software). Use the same username so that we all recognise you!
