Nice run out on this yesterday, but of course required a stop off for a comfort break at a local convenience.

I am a fully paid up member of the over 70's waterwoks club - I blame Bumetanide so try to stick to afternoon rides out. 8)

I end up with a Tacho break approx every 2 hours now
