I lost a sidecover once (long ago, last century) and found it some 2 weeks later, other side of the road, with just some little scratches, so it CAN happen!

Also, rather annoyingly, I lost the generator cover plate during the ride - I can get one from DSS but £90.... anyone have a spare or are they so rare that the price is the price?
Did you try to find it? For £90 you can buy lots of fuel for your search ;)

You DO have the same screw in type mains as the 750, not those with O-ring push in like the 400? Just to be sure....

Roo, do you need 105 mains? I think I have at least 2 sets stashed somewhere, and maybe 40's pilots as well. I still have your address...

The part I don't know, from an old coffemachine perhaps?
But nice to see some brake parts in front of those biscuits ;D

Its USA speak by origin, used allover the world except the UK. ;) BUT not to be found in any dictionnary, to my surprise!

What is funny, when I searched the .net forum for the word, the only 13 results came from you Delta!
But I admit I've known the word as long as I have been interested in motorcycles, some 60+ years I think ;D

Delta is Dutch, as am I. If he doesn't react I'll be happy to send parts in your direction.

I made this contraption some 40 years ago, also cheap and cheerful, not very elegant but still works fast and easy!

Just replace it, according to cmsnl this part fits 4875 models, an original Honda one costs a staggering €6,00, and the non OEM alternative is €2,50.
Gives you the opportunity to refresh your brake fluid at the same time, as you stated recently that's over 10 years old.
45520.300.000
At Roukama €7.00

AFAIK the R clip idea is one of mine, I've certainly never heard of it being suggested by anyone else.
I had my 750K2 sidepanels secured that way in 1976, after losing the right side one....
