looks a lot of work, my health is getting better and feel the need to finish mine off, i have plenty of photos of my work so far so will start another thread soon. Got my adi part 3 ( driving instructor ) coming up soon as require a new career. keep pics coming mike 4

i changed mine anyway, they are peanuts to buy really, the retainer was a pain to get out on mine, bike had not moved in years

yes better to find out about the high blood pressure this way...........
told me it will pass but had it now for 5 months..... blood pressure tablets for the foreseeable. Going for an interview next week for different job, outside and a bit more active doctors and nurses so far have been great 12

Lets hope it's gastric related and not cardiac Thanks Julie Outcome from angiogramn is well heart and arteries are fine, have pain in sternum area so they have diagnosed costchondritis ? so back in soon for endoscopy , but at least blood pressure is down with the tablets 185/120 was reading now 120/80 so on the right track at least 13

been quite a month, but at home, at aged 46 did not expect this, stress been mentioned many a time and job related so time to move on. still in pain and next up an endoscopy, or in English camera down my throat , not sure what to do with the bike shame as its nearly finished but being off of 4 months money is getting tight 14

Not spent much time on here recently been in and out of hospital with chest pains, had my angiogram done Christmas eve so there went Christmas now at home.... anyway best wishes for 2015 Mike |
