Honda-SOHC

Well with the Help of the guy`s on here I have finally got the bike out for its first run today, first went to petrol station to get fuel only about a 1/4 of a mile from me it went fine, filled her up pulled away and it was good for about a mile and it went on one cylinder made it back home and it was the right spark plug and they are both New ( Now got two more cumming ) so I hope that was it....... but the thing that got me is the Gears it`s ok going up to top but when you come down the box it seems to go from fourth to third ok then seems to jump second and go right down into first gear ...it don`t do that all the time tho now and again......... I have Not touched the Engine well only to put a new clutch in but the bloke I got the bike off said it did Do that but I could not try it out at the time as it was Not running..... do anyone know what it could be ?............as don`t fancy taken the engine to bits after doing all what I have done to it ?

where is the best place to get a set of the 7 Friction clutch plates for the 67`Ko Bomber and springs ?

Been looking on the net searching but come up with D/S he has two original's left and 20 + of the patten ones....... are the patten one`s any good.

Oh could not find the spring tho ?  and still looking for the rear Light len`s he has them but patten ones...if they are any good ?

do anyone know what the thread is on the cylinder head on the black bomber...... as trying to get some to replace the old rusted  steel domed Nuts with stainless steel ones ?

I got 8 domed ones and they don't fit seems as if they are a more of course thread as I tried one and it wanted to cut a new thread so must be some other thread on the studs. if it is the ones I got they only seem to do one size of thread on Ebay so if you know where I can get some would be great help.

very new to the black Bomber and new to here so be gentle.

I have just got a 1967 bomber and been trying to fix as many problems as I can, one being the ign to change this out for electronic ign so went for the "Shockwave" Electronic Ignition from COMMON MOTOR COLLECTIVE as i am in the UK I have to wait for it to get here, but they say to change the rectifier as it could damage there system..... they also say to make sure the coils have  coils a minimum resistance of 3.5 ohms. but don't know how to test them to see that but they are a new set on the bike..... but the thing is I need to take out the old rectifier and don't know how to wire in the new....its this one if you can see it ?
