Ok, just checking, without any A's on the stamping there can't be any yellows, only 1A gives a yellow shell.

Think they go to the little ends Bryan via the crank drillings.

Juitz, just checking but do your crankcase markings (on the bottom rear crankcase) have some letter A's.

Shouldn't be an issue, I think the shells don't cover the entire surface anyway. If they do just dress it down a little, won't affect the clearance unless you do the entire surface.

I have 6 yellows if you need them, £15 a shell inc P&P.

I just checked and have 12 yellow mains as it happens.

Still in sealed original bags.

So you'd need 6 yellows?

Been to Brighton and can't remember ever seeing those domes, saying that I was driving an HGV so maybe I was concentrating on the road instead.

Yeah, already had one ear marked for you Ted.

You drilled and tapped the switch gear yet?

I have managed to acquire via Roo a number of genuine Honda thumb screws and springs that go with the ramps. I have 6 pairs of springs and thumb screws.

I'm trying to work out the cost of these at the moment but around £18 inc P&P for a pair is a rough guide. If you want a ramp along with it then £23 inc P&P

I think you'll need to give more info mate, which model, presume by the SuperSport tag it's a CB750F but which one, F1 or F2. It could also be fitted with carbs off a K model as that's one mod a lot of owners did due to problems with the F model carbs.

Maybe a pic would help so they can be identified.

Just Zinc or Zinc/Nickel?

Looks like you're getting good results.

Sorry, I got the impression that you were going to restore the 400 after buying it back off the insurance people.

Curious as to why you joined if you haven't currently got or are considering getting a SOHC?  Not saying you're not welcome, just seems a little odd.

It's possible it may need a new tank  ;D ;D ;D ;D Oh and a lot of work.

Welcome to the site, lots of info and help available on here, feel free to ask.

I do have an old 400 rear brake pedal lying around, not fantastic condition but certainly better than that one  :) I'll post a pic of it and if you want it I'll let you have it FOC, just pay for postage.

Well bugger me I've only gone and found the brake plate spacer as well. Got my lad bringing round my engine bolts from the other garage and hopefully the engine spacer will be threaded on the bottom bolt.

Anyway, dimensions

Length  45mm
Bore  20mm
Width 35 chamfers down to 28mm. Lip on edge of spacer 3mm on both edges

Sounds like they just pulled letters out of a Scrabble set and called it that.

Only one sprocket carrier in that pic Roo, bottom right. Same as 500 though. The chain guard is also the same. The hub is different from the 500 as is the brake plate and the sprocket spacer and the rear brake spacer.

The brake plate on the left looks like a 550F one Roo, in case you need one.
