If you want a paper copy of the parts book you will have to look on the US ebay site as they do come up, I can do a cd copy you can print out.

My belief is that the crankcases were changed to allow easier casting/release

What I meant was the metzellers handle way better than originals

If you want best handling use dunlop TT100's, If you want period look with good handling ME11 and ME77 Matzelers

I think you will find the collar unobtainable but i believe the earlier one has the same dimensions just different grease grooves

Air breather from cam cover never went anywhere except to atmosphere as there were no emission regs when bike was built, drain from air box has a split end to allow water to drain out.

That sidepanel badge you wanted must be a european only one as the US K2 parts book I aquired shows the original type as being on the K2

Replace both bushes and felts along with the pivot pin that wears more than the bushes, all Parts were available from Dave Silver but the pin is expensive. To get the bushes out use a padsaw or just a hacksaw blade to cut down the length and collape them inwards
