Yeah i know it`ll run ok, i just want another one as it`s going onto a custom bike that`s getting a pile of cash thrown at it and i don`t want a broken part on it....And the accelerator pump on the 750 is on carb #2 so all`s well there.

CB750 / Sprocket cover« on: October 22, 2023, 02:59:24 PM »
Huge favour required.....
Hopefully someone on here with a 750 k7 or k8 can help me out. I need an engine sprcket cover standoff measurement. I know there is an approx` 10mm difference in standoff between K0-K6 and K7/8 +F2 and i need to know what i`m buying as i can`t seem to find a new one (#11351-405-010). TBH, if anyone with a K0-K6 could give me a measurement as well, i`d know which cover not to buy.....Cheers. 5

Thanks Julie.....As far as i`m aware the Studs are the same through all years. On my search earlier i came across ARP studs and on their packaging they claim 69 to 78 so they don`t seem to thing there`s variation so hopefully thats the case.

Cheers Johnny....it sheared roughly 3mm above the flush and on inspection there was a slight flaw in the stem, so it was def` going to shear. I did manage to get the threaded part out with heat, drill and an ease out with no damage to the case threads, so all`s well in that respect but hoping someone will have bits and pieces lying about as i`m struggling to find one anywhere, even CMS Spares in Holland....

Hey guys.....Anyone willing to part with one small 158mm cylinder stud. Had a bit of a misfortune earlier and sheared the last stud clean off. I`m rebuilding a 750 K8.
Regards....Fraser
