Title: Rubber Pucks
Post by: Johnny4428 on April 25, 2021, 07:27:53 AM
There is no doubt in my mind that if Honda engineers thought that the rubber pucks weren’t needed they would not have fitted them between cooling fins. The thing is some engines have them and some very similar engines don’t. So my question is it noise/vibration dampening? Has anybody actually tried to run without them or even tested with and then without. Or should I accept that these are necessary.
