Baby steps all the way for me, put too many things on my list and it won't get done. My project is suffering for it, the other day I made 2 very small steps on the bike after sitting and staring at it for a while. Then I felt good that I had actually done something constructive. The wife gives me tasks around the house everyday, some get done and some don't. But happy when they are done. I'm not working at the moment and struggling to find employment, I'm 61 next month, (don't get any financial support from our caring government) and most employers want younger blood, so it all adds to the overall problem. Crack on guys, the world won't stop turning.

Movement at last. Electrics all done and working.
Still a way to go yet but climbing the ladder slowly.
Some nice pics of a nearly finished look.
Well happy with it.  :)

We are a little further down the line now, almost ready for the wiring, that's going to be fun.
Here is my chavy son modeling the bike.

I had to get a new steering stem made up as I realised there was not a lot of thread holding the bike together. Better safe than sorry.
I also managed to get a dust seal from a breakers that was just a tad to big but with a bit of felt cut to fit as a seal all is now hopefully sealed from dust and grease leakage. I polished out some bad scratches on the trees as best I could and it looks much better now. I also made up a 5mm spacer for the bottom tree as the tree was rubbing on the bottom of the neck. 1mm made all the difference. Don't know why people can't do the job right the first time. :(

At long last I have got my tank back from the painters. Trees are on and awaiting checking before getting it back on 2 wheels again.

Hi folks, apologies for the long silence.
Well I have now managed to get started again, got the engine painted at long last and have now started the rebuild.

Bastards, makes my blood boil!  >:( Sorry for your loss. :(
I had an attempted break in at my garage, the muppets didn't get in but it cost me a new garage door. I have now got a system in place that means you can't open the door from outside, the garage has an alarm and I made bars for the windows. I still lock the bikes up with 2 chains and a disc lock and chained to an object. You just have to make life more difficult for them so they move on to some other poor bugger!
