Title: Seat strap chrome fastner ends 400/4

One of the chrome ends on my seat strap is badly rusted - is anyone selling affordable replacements?

         Dave Silvers has complete strap at £ 15  + p&p  Also Legend Motorcycles  Complete strap at £19:95 Freepost  Hope this is of some use  Cheers Ross

With my seat, the cover was torn, the strap was broken all the cover fasteners were rusty, when I removed the cover the base was very rusty and after a proper clean found it to be cracked in a few places plus it had been repaired in the past, I just bought a new seat in the finish from D/S it worked out cheaper, only problem is, I haven't been out on it yet but it feels very firm under my old backside, funny in it's day I always found this type of seat comfy. Maybe if used it might get softer hopefully but it will have to be next year now I think.
