Yes I have always been fond of Tritons, in the 70's my mate had a Dresda Triton with some mad compression ratio, kicking it over was risky, but boy did it move and handle well.

Saw some great racing at the CMRC meeting at Oulton Park a couple of weeks ago, lots of sights and sounds from my mispent youth, here's some pics to give a flavour of the meeting. Cheers Dennis

I'm with Skoti, it really does look the part of a modern retro.

I'll give that a try sounds easy enough.
Sound like a simple idea, I will have to give it a go as well. Cheers Dennis

I would walk past that and think that it was really well kept, and as the orthers have said we are our own worst critics, we know the faulty bits so look for them. I think you have done a grand job.

After reading how good it was on here I invested in some Evaporust and it's as good as they say it is, I am impressed.

I just sanded smooth the original paint and exposed metal and applied the paint, VHT Brake Caliper Drum and Rotor, still looks good now. Looking at the photos I now realise that I have a spare master cylinder, I totally forgot that and have not long bought a DSS one. Cheers Dennis

Yes Humbrol model paint 14ml tinlets, I used their paints for little jobs all over the F1 when I was restoring it, enamel paint, hard wearing and easy to use. Cheers Dennis

The spring in and the broom handle thing worked for me no problem.

Very smart I have always liked the look of the 350 Four, that tank design is superb.

Yes, I also switched to a DS master cylinder after my overhauled Honda original leaked, and it's a lot better.

What a great story, nice to see a "saved" bike reunited with it's previous owner, I fondly recall the times I had on my 250cc AJS.
