If you use Tapatalk you can load photos straight from your device into the body text and it gives you the options of size.

There are websites that will convert HEIC to JPEG for free.
I’ve used them in the past. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 20

I’ve had both a Sprint 900 and. VFR
The Sprint is big, comfy and very grunty (Spellcheck changed that to “grungy ) The VFR800 was more modern and generally reckoned to be the best sports tourer ever made. Ultimately though, I sold the VFR after trying a Sprint 955 which I loved. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 21

EBay call it “keyword spamming” and it’s against their rules.

I will have a look in the database Matt.
I’ve had a lot of issues since “Oddjob-gate” with database inconsistencies. My phone consistently tells me (Tapatalk) that there is an unread post when there isn’t. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 26

You're probably right Ted.
The Q2 sits outside for three weeks at a time and gets used about once per month for visiting the mother-in-law (300 miles round trip) Quite uncommon usage profile I'd imagine as we live in the town centre and walk everywhere. 5000 miles per year. 1 service per year. I do ask myself why we own a car sometimes. 28

Why would you need to top up the oil on a new car Ted?

Many thanks to all who have made donations.
For anyone new, the forum costs about £400 per year to host which I am happy to do and have done since 2007. The forum software (SMF) is old but stable and does the job. Unfortunately, additional functionality is only available if people write custom plug-ins (SMF call them "Mods") and one such was the Treasury Mod that people have mentioned. It allowed members to make a donation and add their details to the list (if they wanted to) so that everyone could see the donation history. As time moves on, some of these developers lose the enthusiasm to keep updating their software with the evolving PHP server software and threat levels. Once they get too out of date they are labelled "abandoned" and are too dangerous to use. The only way of doing donations at the moment is via the PayPal link which is pretty impersonal but works. To all those that have donated this week (you know who you are) - many thanks. Steve |
