Title: ID on a seat lock

Can anyone ID this seat lock? It has made in japan on the back but, don't think it is Honda.

It came out the rear of a seat, lock facing the rear of the bike and the seat hinged at the front. Does have a TR mark on the lock but, never seen it before.
