I had exactly the same issue with them a while ago on the CD175 sloper rear wheel.
They were adamant that they were correct even though they didn't match the samples that were sent to them.
They wanted me to send them the wheel and they would lace it for £80, as I explained to them I was capable of doing it myself with the correct spokes as the samples they had.
After much ranting they did the wheel FOC just post costs.  >:( >:(

All is not lost it seems, I can easily drill the frame at that point and make a peg with a collar on the outside and a nut and washer on the easily accessible inside.  Now I know where it attaches I might even see the head of the original pin on the inside.  Ted, the plate on the pivot pin just stops the shaft revolving and rests at the 9 o'clock position.

It definitely attaches to a peg on the frame, the moon plate should have a type of key slot to stop it coming off and the peg has a slot on it.
I will see if I have any pictures.

Yes, vents the exhaust to the outside, if you look at the picture you can see the exhaust system with a small silencer.

Matt,
           Mine is a standard size garage but with an extension in the side, triangular like a wedge of cheese.
About 10 feet at the top end down to a point at the door.
I don't have any moisture issues but the roof is well insulated, makes it warm enough to work with a fleece on, no gloves or hat and no cold fingers  ;D
10 minutes on full and then down to middle setting it has used nearly a litre of diesel in about 2.5 hours.
I got the idea from the boats we hire on the broads 36ft by 12ft and they keep it nice and toasty.

Saw this picture on Facebook.
I was lucky enough to see him in the IOM in his comeback year.
Totally different riding style, very tucked in behind the fairing.
 Suzuki said they had never seen slicks worn as far around the tyre

I did wonder about the tyre size after posting that comment, it's easy to assume all those tyre sizes are still available as they used to be.

I am awaiting the correct badges as they have 175 under the Honda logo, I have the correct ones that came with the bike but they have a small amount of pitting on them.
No choice of ribbed tyres for a 3x16inch very very limited choice.
