Title: Does anybody know what this hub is from?
Post by: gbjeppm on March 06, 2021, 05:35:39 PM
Hi all

I bought a Honda TL125S trial bike recently that needs a lot of love.

The front wheel is not original, but i believe is period correct. I need to identify what it came off, as I would like to order a spoke kit for it.

I have looked everywhere and I cant identify it, especially the non hub plate which uses longer spokes.

Can anybody identify it from these pictures? The rims is DID 1.40 x 21, with a half style hub, and an 111mm Brake Shoes opening.

Does this marking help?

Thanks in advance

Looks like an xr 125 or similar.

There's quite distinct ribs cast into those that looks familiar.

Thanks that really helped.

I found the parts diagram under the XR250 for 1979
