After messing for weeks with the carbs I read a hondaman post saying that some airboxs were different so I managed to get a k2 box cleaned it up new gasket, filter and took her out today and had great fun on it did 130kph OK no probs and ticked over great.Popped the outside plugs and finally they looked a bit grey\brown.Your opions guys can an airbox do this?I think the old one was a k7\F1.

CB500/550 / Re: Master Cylinder
« on: May 15, 2012, 08:57:58 AM »
Mickwinf,
Had the same with my 750.What I did was using a pair of grips with rag in the jaws not to damage pipe was to pinch the pipe at the master end and pump the lever until you feel force on the lever then release grips repeating until fluid reaches the bleed nipple.
CAREFUL FLUID BUBBLES OUT OF THE MASTER CYLINDER!!!!!!!
Mine is great this way.
Hope this helps

What is it? / Re: Disc Cover
« on: April 20, 2012, 08:43:52 AM »
Thanks to all for the replies.
It will not fit my CB750k4 because it jams up on the disc as the piece where the bolt goes through is to long.I managed to find a new one and the middle part number was 341 and bolted straight on.Did the CB200 have one?
Still open for ideas
