I'm reliably informed that is how life is for them in the N.H.S. these days, very, very wrong, but spending cuts, pay freezes, and long hours, and ungrateful governments :'( :'(

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Yes, it can be like that after a hard day's work - that's why I don't work too hard any more. I have been going to hell and back on and off for the past 35 years or so. In fact, I would be really happy if I looked as good as the Nurse in that picture after some of the shifts I have had  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
