HI All,
Well I am not exactly a new member but I have not introduced myself and have not been using the forum so it's about time I did !
My username is Ozzysbikes, comes from one of my many adolescent nick names because my family name is Austin and I have been motorcycle crazy since owning and repairing bikes since I was eight years old (more than fifty years) and I have never been more than a couple of months without at least one bike to this day,
I have a Honda CB550 K3, Honda NS400R, Kawasaki ZX6R track bike, Yamaha 350 YPVS F2, Yamaha RD350 A, and a Yamaha Majesty TY200 trials bike.
So hello and regards to all.

Welcome along to the forum. Let's see some photos of your stable, we may not be able to ride our bikes at the moment but we can still look at them :)

I'd be interested in seeing the majesty.
I have one here that is very original but was stored in a damp concrete shed ......
Somthing else on my list of things to do...

Hi
Well I am just rebuilding it ready for sale, I have just completed the 200 conversion, I have made and fitted the extended gear lever shaft bush, new alloy gear lever and a brand new alloy tank from holt works that I am painting yellow with new black Majesty Yamaha decals, you cant see in this picture but I have also fitted Suzuki RL250 forks as the standard TY175 forks are not very good, it's been a labour of engineering love and I have more invested in it than I will be able to sell it for, I'll do you another picture when the tank is fitted,
Regards Jeff

While I am on with it, my 550 and NS400R

PS the picture of my NS400R is in the posh garage of the bloke that I bought it off ! My garage is the cramped one with the 550 in

Lovely NS Ozzy, one of those bikes I would certainly have liked to have owned.
-
Thanks,
It is cosmetically very good and was allegedly mechanically good but £1200 later it's ready for a test when I can get out on it ! Repairs include crankshaft overhaul, gearbox bearings, Nova racing gears, piston rings, stator rewind and three new ignition coils, it's a fabulous thing but I dropped a goolie when I bought it !

Welcome Ozzy - interesting collection - enjoy the forum!
