This is remarkable, I just discovered something by accident. You see the Squirrel in a Hawker Hurricane I've been using as an avatar? Obviously it was photoshopped we aren't THAT nuts, but what I hadn't realised is the human it is replacing is the father of someone I knew very well.  He was the adjutant of the Battalion I was in! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Stanford_Tuck

It's surprising when you find out something like that,  what a coincidence.

How did you find the link between them?

Actually I googled 'Stanford Tuck air ace' and on image search a very familiar image was staring back at me!  :o
