Hi guys - after some advice here...for fittment to a '73 750 k3
Honda CB 750 K -'76 Front & Rear Tyre Continental RB 2
http://bit.ly/157WYh2
I generally use avon safety mileage or road runners on my 550/750 Hondas, but spotted these and seem good value to me. I also like the tread pattern which (aesthetically) seems to be a good compromise.
Most importantly, has anyone here had experience of using these on theirs?

Isnt the rb2 a ribbed front tyre?

I was considering these tyres to replace the IRC 11's that I have at the moment as I prefer ribbed tyres on a classic you use the RB2 on the front and the K112 on the rear. The IRC tyres are surprisingly good plenty of peg down action but no one seems to stock them in the UK

I've used alot of different Continental tyres on many modern bikes and cars, including trail bikes. this is mostly because they all have been well made, rarely need much balance and have a good balance of characteristics for each type of application.
I have not used them recently on a SOHC Honda so can't offer current experience but they certainly look close in pattern to the original fitted Japanese tyres these bikes came with and so would offer a period look with modern materials
Based on my General experience of Continental, then they should give you a valid choice compared to others currently available.

they look like a good option, i still have to decide on tyres for my k0, perhaps these
