Thank you for the advice guys... but as much as I would like to keep her, it is simply not an option (for many reasons). She'll be on eBay and/or Gumtree in a couple of weeks hoping to get at least £4k for her...

Need some advice: In 2015 I bought a US import of a really nice CB750 K7 (black) in completely original condition... even though in somewhat dilapidated condition and without any history. I fixed it up to perfect running order (cleaned carbs, fixed electrics, sealed shocks, replaced stator plate [with an original!], etc) but there is still some cosmetics aspects that can be improved (right side panel needs some glue, front fork emblem missing, general polish and shine, etc) and then had it MOTed and registered for the UK. I've been driving it for 2 years now without ANY issues - a true reliability champion! It shows just under 17k miles on the clock but who knows if that’s true (though when I bought it there was evidence that it wasn’t used for a veeery long time so maybe it’s correct)?
Now my situation slightly changed though - I moved house and have a pretty long commute to work now for which I don't want to use my precious Honda. I also just became a proud father of twins, which means NO time to do any more work on her.
Reluctantly but realistically I need to sell her and get myself a commuter bike – my problem, I’ve NO IDEA what I should ask for in terms of price?? ANY advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance!
