I like it a lot!
How about making it to order in UK?
If I had cash I would ask this guys http://www.co-built.net/#!about

Co built are top blokes, Geoff's day job is making exhaust pipes for F1...

Just thought about it, it certainly will be cheaper to buy it form usa...

Have you seen this links?

Thank you for swift replay.
It seems like whenever I make a small progress on my bike I'm finding another problem...
Joy of fixing classics...

Mickwinf, I'm stuck :) can you check if you got one for 3rd and 4th cilinder?
In the mean time I will send email to Bryan.

Many thanks!

Hello
I wonder if you still have manifold.
I just realised i need to replace my right one, as the thread is stripped so it blows thru 3rd pipe and i cant balance carbs...

Thanks

Soounds to me like you need the proper Honda manual for the adjustments, as to the standpipe officially you have to replace the complete floatbowl which i think is teh same as the 500 but the only parts book i don't have is the 550f so i cannot be 100% on that.

Does this help:  http://www.dotheton.com/downloads/CB550_Parts.pdf

Thank you so much for this link!
I have been looking for this for ages...

hi Bomber welcome to the forum. I guess your 550 is a k3 model, the airbox is a bit different to the early ones as they have a recirculating system to keep emissions down, they turn up on ebay quite often. Good luck with your rebuild, regards Mick

Hello it is 550F in papers it said 1976 but engin number indicate that it is 1977 F, i'm slightly confused.
I'm missing
spring no 5
all bottom parts 19-22
and top bits 10-11

Hello every one!
I'm in N16 London, bought a CB550 77 in a sorry state earlier this year.
Attempting to get it on the road with no luck so far  ;D

Got half of a garage so finally a place to work on it.
I' going to stick cleaned carbs back in next week, what this space...

I'm on the look out for a bits form air box at the moment...

Any one from around? Would love to see running CB :)
