Morning ive bought a f2 over the weekend its been messed around with.Seems really low to me ive measured shock length which are 330mm is that correct size if so what length could I go to cheers

M unit is a great bit of kit defo worth the money. I fitted one to my gs 550.im thinking of fitting one to the 400 four I've just started restoring.

Got a bit more time on bike today .removed carbs changed oil and filter .turned engine over till oil light went out .then sprayed easy start in through inlets.fired up pretty well after being stood for so long .https://youtu.be/mHhh0hXxAhs

Well managed to get bike to spark tonight. I did compression test again with throttle open .managed together 125 psi average across all 4 cylinders. Going to take carbs off tomorrow see what there like inside. One step closer to trying to start her .

Thanks think I'm going to need it. I was thinking of just buying a new wiring harness coils & points and taking it from  there.

no lights work only the oil light and start button. no i didnt hold the throttle open does it make a diffrence ?? ill give it a go like that see what results i get thanks

the bike is showing 28000 miles on clock .its not been run since 2009.

the previous owner as fitted a new kill switch so that should be good. ill check ingnition switch out thanks
