Hi Folks just thought i would post some pics of my build progress !!
The frame went in no problem using the lower the frame down over with the engine on its side method !!!
Swingarm wasnt easy its a tight fit my 5 year old son helped me !!!
Carbs went on quite easily with the help of a smear of Fairy liquid and new carb rubbers!!!
I know it looks like thers not much room between the top of wheel and frame but its resessed underneath i have 4.5 " to play with and the suspension is pretty stiff lol
Couple of questions if you dont mind ??
Am i best to fit the front calipers before the wheel or vice versa ??
When i tried to fit the front wheel there is still play from side to side does the hex part of the spindle nut go to the outside or inside ??
Anyway ill keep posting pics of my build !!
Cheers Stuart

... 4.5" with the bike in the air ? ... or on the ground ?
Am i best to fit the front calipers before the wheel or vice versa ??
Will the tyre fit in between the two calipers is the key I suppose ?

hex to the inside on the 500 four, think its the same on the 750. You could check the parts schematic at http://www.motogrid.com/p/OEM-Parts#/Honda/CB750K5_A__MOTORCYCLE%2c_JPN%2c_VIN%23_CB750-2500001/FRONT_WHEEL/CB750K5-JPN-A/2Y143413F14341307B

I've been dithering on whether to go black or silver on my frame .... like silver , but dont want to have to claen it all the time .... but going white .. !!!! . You've convinced me .. I'm going silver ;D ;D

Cheers Ewan for the info !!!
Yeah it goes down to around 3 " when on the ground i had a good bounce on it and it doesnt touch the underneath !!!
Yeah i thought i would go for white something different my paint job will tie in with the white frame red spokes etc theme !!!
