Tried contacting Max few times to no avail. I'm desperate to find these basket cushions. Anyone have any contact with him or know of anyone else supplying these.

G,day guys. I have recently rebuilt the motor on my 1975 CB400 4. Start up!!! loud knocking noise from clutch.
Remove and stripped, clutch basket/gear has slap and rattle. seems to have possible cushion wear between the gear and basket.
Is this normal?? Can these dismantled, new cushion rubbers inserted and rivets replaced?

Gday guys, joined your site earlier this week. Main reason I guess to obtain help and information with different builds.
Question I have now and help required is the Honda sealing nut on the 1965 CB77E. Part No/ 90241 259 000 (See picture attached.)
I bought this bike as a basket case (real basket case!!!) I have most of the engine rebuilt but this I am struggling with
All sand blasting and glass blasting done, all apinting completed, new tyres, wheels in frame. Just the engine now.
I guess when I find the answer it will be so obvious.

ps. yet to start my second basket case CB400 4.
