Having acquired a couple of cb 200’s to restore im wondering if someone can give me some insight as the easiest way to remove engine from frame ie can it done without removing starter motor etc or any other tips ,as when I come to refit into a newly powder coated frame I try and avoid scratching frame ,

can someone clarify if supposely to have small O rings attached to the air screw on the 069a carb ,in front or behind the small spring, or not have any at all .

Yes Ash , spent most of its time around York ,as it had two previous owners , it does get used on vmcc and local runs etc , I love it . And so does my grandson , starts first or second kick

Many Thanks Ash, for the info, I have viewed a couple Tidy ones both fitted without standard looking silencers so was a tad noisy for me in my advancing years, I think my heart was ruling my head ,probably 50 or so yrs ago it may have been different, now want a more upright riding , keeping the 550, Thankyou again , Dave .. Many Thanks Bryan & Tomb for your input, I viewed one today fitted with Gold Star pipes, was not impressed ,they sounded better on my previous Goldie with the Twitter , but this one sounded more like a lister , thanks again ,

When I derusted my corroded/rust in the tank of my S90, I filled tank with coca/cola left for a few days , tipped that out refilled with vinegar and a few sharp chippings for another few days , shook a round , result nice shiny tank, Hope this is some help ,
