Brilliant......when I was an Apprentice (1967 ish) a lovely Lady I worked with used to give me a lift to work (when I could get my lazy *rse out of bed in time) in....you guessed it....her little orange Honda car (similar to the red one as you enter the car hall). She had a couple of Honda cars over the years because her Husband was a Sales Rep for Honda UK and he won numerous Sales Awards. He also won a trip to Japan to visit the Honda Factories. The various Honda cars she owned were fantastic examples of getting a lot of smart kit in a small space and were very nippy - compared to the British offerings at the time.

It was only a matter of time before Honda went on to become the force they are. Little did I realise at the time that the CB 750, CBX, NSX, Fireblade et al were on the horizon.

Thanks for posting.

Warning **Spoiler**

I'm sorry but I'm not impressed with Honda's cheap attempt and a museum gallery walk-through...

They've used Google's "Street View" which is just a bunch of photos which you navigate around.

Much better, more high tech and more in line with the type of technology that Honda should be using, is something like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDTbFhFZl9I

We worked with these guys at UCL. I'm not convinced by the transparent render that the video company finally used as it seems a bit "whimsical", I'd rather see solid images and not fly through floors and pillars.

This is a video, don't forget, actively "flying" around a real 3D pointcloud model is just awesome. Unfortunately the datafiles are a bit large (this one was about 450Gb) and the processor power required to zoom around is just phenominal - that's why we end up making a video for public consumption.

Honda should give us a call!

 :)

So, no one spotted the RG ?

Or the Z1

I was wondering if there is a museum shop where you can buy OEM exhausts and seats and stuff...
