A Canadian import sadly (high bars/one piece winkers) but the 1st restored example I have ever seen in the UK  with the correct one piece welded exhausts. These exhausts have totally different baffling than any other CB250/350K model ..even the later K0's. They sound awesome ..bit like the difference between HM300's and 341's on CB750's

These exhausts were slated in this '68 MCM review as being too noisy.  ;D

Now that's my idea of a bike, you can keep your CB72 and 160s, the 250K0 was when Honda started to produce proper motorbikes IMO. Lovely.

I agree Ken .. and  I have K0's and a '64 CB72.
Getting the one-piece exhausts has been a nightmare for me for my early one, which i want as a 100% correct UK bike. I got two left hands NOS but damaged and Allenchrome did a super job of re-chroming one (they only took it on because it was NOS). I have what looks like a dealer take-off right hand but most chromers (including Prestige) won't touch it because the baffles are fixed and it doesn't drain quickly enough. My only options are Agbrigg in Leeds (a deffo no-no for me) and Quality Chrome, who are local to me.

The best ever look of the 250s. I had a pic on the bedroom wall. It's still here somewhere. A dream for 16 year olds.
But I could only afford the SS125 on a paper round and pocket money. And that was with the disapproval of my father who had spent 3 1/2 years as their guest 25 years before.

For some reason we only got Candy red and 'Sardine Blue' in the UK (a solid blue) whereas other markets inc. USA got Candy Blue/green like the 750K0's plus the USA got  'Pine Green & White' solid colour.

This is the Sardine blue one in the DS museum ex- James May .. also ex a friend of mine, who sold it to James May  through Charlie at Oxford Classic Honda (it has the wrong wheel hubs BTW and not the correct on-piece exhaust ). This is a genuine UK spec. bike though.

This is the Candy Blue-Green USA CB350K1 in the DS museum (I have one the same model/colour I got from DK but has the front fender (mudguard) reflector as it's an early '69.

K1 basically the same as K0 but quited seat and white pinstripe on tank. All USA K0's / K1's had different mudguards, high rise bars and few other subtle differences (no 250cc version in US and no 350cc (well 325cc) version in UK until K4 model.
