Hi folks! I am looking for a 400-4 owner near to me. I need to have a look at a complete bike to help with my project. If you don't mind me having a butchers at your bike, let me know. Thanks.

Hi everybody. Just bought a 400 four on which a restoration was started by the P.O. Everything he has done so far is to a very good standard. The frame and all other relevant parts(brackets, air box, yokes etc)have been cleaned and powder coated. The wheels have been rebuilt with original hubs, new rims and spokes. The sides cases from the motor have been highly polished. Seat refurbished as original. The list goes on. I have a few questions for now, I'm sure there will be more. Firstly, the air box seems to be mounted using 3 grommets. Are they all identical or is the lower one different. Secondly, does the brake line from the master cylinder to the "y" piece on the lower yoke route in front or behind the top yoke. One of the banjo unions on this short line is cranked and the other one is straight. Which goes where?  Finally ( for the time being) does the rear light and number plate bracket mount onto the rear mudguard using rubber mounts or does it bolt directly onto the mudguard?
