750 as i put post on 750 page i think but thanks;could i just seal it with gasket sealer and leave 24 hrs or so

Hi brit living in Belgium getting a slght leak of oil from tacho drive point new seal installed with cup facing into engine assured that is correct way. Still leaks why what is cause and how to cure thanks

Thanks for the welcome,very loathe to pull engine down ass running perfect it's really a cosmetic rebuild ie paint and frame needs redoing aso exhaust fancy putting a kerker or similar exhaust as they were the rage back in 78,last owner repainted battleship grey think he must have been on drugs,will nead tank decals and tank badges as no tank badges with it well 2 from a 500 4,got new breakpads and done brake cylinders already but no rush to do anything at the end of the day it's a toy

Hi i'm from yorkshire but moved to belgium 22 years ago as a missionary to teach them about God's own Country thought it was difficult for me but we sent my brother to Lancashire but he lives near the moors so can escape easy when them buggers start again.I have bought a 1978 750F2 to rebuild into a rideable classic as it was the 1st bike i had when a young soldier will be fun also have a HD Roadking from 1998 with only 22000km that is like new also.

My brother bought a repro set for his Z1 what he did was buy a tin of hamerite paint poured it into each pipe swirled it around to coat all the inside then hung them up for 2-3 days to let eccess drain out he tells me no smell of paint and been on bike 6 years now
