Thanks for the heads-up Trigger. I have just bought it as my 400/4 has an aftermarket horn fitted. The price is cheap for a working horn, it's just the postage that's eye-watering!

Sorry Rozabikes, I stayed up late to watch the news and ended up buying a horn!
It's amazing how many little nuggets can be found on Tinternet in the wee late hours. I think most of Trigs finds and purchases are made between the hours of dusk and dawn  ::) ::) ::) Also, the rubber market in India is open then.....just don't ask  :-\ :-\ :-\

Well, I've been scammed  :(. Got a message from the seller today to advise the item was listed in error by their admin person! That's odd considering I received a mail on Saturday to advise its been dispatched! Apparently they did have it once but not now!
Looking at his feedback it appears he does this a lot, sells parts he doesn't have or the parts that arrive are not the same as advertised. He then holds on to the buyers money for a few days (or weeks) before issuing a refund.
I've opened a dispute via ebay this afternoon but that was really hard work.
Take this as a lesson, ebay is full of dishonest and questionable people (although we already know this 😭).

It is not a scam ! They are a big breakers in Germany, sometimes things get sold over the counter and the bod forgets to advise the ebay department that it has been sold. This has happened to me loads of times when i have been passing DK and have a list in hand, only to be told that they can't find half the of the parts, though listed on ebay  ;)

I take your point Trigger but they mailed me on Saturday to advise it had been posted! Someone over there needs to get a grip on the operation, a pretty p*** poor performance.  The 9 negative feedbacks over the past four weeks proves they dont know what they are doing, what stock they actually hold and even worse, they lie about posting items when they actually havent!  EBay have told me I have to wait up to 21 days to get my money back  >:(. EBay should suspend their account until they get their act in order. I wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole.
