Hi BigAl
Just seen the price  of the book :o I have bought new 105jets already so I think I will see how it runs and go from there.
Does anyone know of an insurance company that will insure a bike on just the VIN number?

The re-manufactured pipes are what I bought they have seven sets in stock at the moment. It's just the genuine pipes you can't get any more.

You can't get get HM300's from David Silvers any more and they only have three genuine HM341's left. They are trying to find someone to make pattern 300's.I emailed some dealers in america and they are running low a full set of pipes imported to the UK comes to $4000  :o.I'm sure I read somewhere that you just drill half a dozen 15mm holes in the end of the baffles and cut the back off the diffusers to make the hole bigger.

Hi all
I decided to run down to David silvers Saturday and buy reproduction k2 pipes for my k1.I can highly recommend them as they look identical the chrome is pukka :) and they fit like a glove :D.If I remove the diffusers they sound almost as good as the HM300's.I have herd of some people drilling out the baffles so you don't have to re jet.Has anyone done this?
Cheers

Bitsa
I did read your original post and all it did was make me paranoid as I have had so many problems. It seams every time I go to use a bike it has some sort of fault. The only bike I don't have issues with is the 250u.Everything made out of rubber on my triumph has perished but everything on the 250 looks as good as new.
