anybody else on here got a cm 400t mines is a European model but woulnd care if yours is the American one it would be good to share experiances have since got rid of the massive top box

Fergus, I'm curious to know whether you got anywhere with the things you asked about a while ago, like the fuse box conversion and carburettor kits.

well I managed to clean up the fuse box but I am wanting to change from glass fuses to blade type as for carb kits there are some on ebay I emailed one company from japan who were advertising carb kits for cm 400 but they replied it would not do my bike the last time I cleaned the carbs I wrote down the jet sizes but I have lost the bit paper I know one jet is 72 but I canny remember if the other jet was 118 or 110 therte is a company from Taiwan advertising carb kits for my bike I have had the bike a while now now and would like to find the actual jet sizes they may have been changed but after cleaning the carbs the bike is running ok the carb is keihin vb31d
