Title: Fuel lines from carbs
Post by: Matt_Harrington on July 11, 2022, 06:17:37 PM
Could someone tell me how long these lines are that are labelled (2)

Do they just 'dangle down' in case of an overflow?
Item (1) was very hard and difficult to remove but I can replicate that one easily.

If you make them about the same length, once fitted, as the float bowl drain tubes, that'll be about right. They are air vent tubes, they just dangle down to atmosphere.

They fall between the rear of the engine casing and the frame, and are held together in a square shaped plastic former.

The two carb vents go over the air manifold and down between the crank case and swing arm.

Thanks - those are useful for the routing. Matt
