Was there anything about the double-skinned headers/collector box Julie? Probably of more significance than the silencer.
No Ash, nothing mentioned about the headers.

I don't know the answer,

But I have a H4 bulb,in a non standard reflector,

Fitting Cebie or similar used to be an upgrade

John,

apologies if I mislead you, P45t seems to be fitted to standard reflectors only...

Anyhow I can recommend this LED replacement bulb for extra brightness and lower power consumption as suitable for our old bikes.

Just seen this, it may be of interest to some. I don't know anything about it other than what is written. 198,000 Yen = just under £1000 GBP at today's exchange rate.

This is the LED that I fitted to the original reflector on my F1 which is a direct replacement for the original bulb that you have (P45T).

While you're at it I recommend updating the side light bulb as well (BA9S).
It's very bright and would almost suffice as a day running light.

Hope this helps

Good result Ted, testament to your persistence, enquiring outlook and time given to complete.

My complements of your documentation of it here too, makes for interesting forum contribution with in depth look at many facets in going through this build.

Sounds really good, both exhaust/intake and mechanically.

Are the carbs accelerator pumped ?

In the summer Bryan we are a cosy 74-80 F in the lounge. Upstairs as the main outside walls and roof is super insulated (since our fire) we can regularly  tip into 88 F so all the upstairs windows will be open if we actually have a summer this year!

Our heating is set at 17 c and trips in ocasionally but the stat is right by the front door. The bedroom on the third floor of a middle semi needs aircon, was up to 27 c 10 days ago!

I must be super nesh Dennis my minimum in the house is 71 F - 21.6 C, the Gaffer complains about it giving her hot flushes.
