Honda-SOHC

I'm on a hunt for some seals, and I don't mean with a club either!  When I had my recent engine rebuild done, they mechanic told me that the large seal for the oil pump wasn't in the seal kit I had supplied. I got that part from DSS no problem but it turns out there are some very small seals that also ought to be changed (why not say before?) as I've still got some leaking I'll endeavour to get them.
They are parts 285 and the twice numbered (?) 286/7 0n the CMSL diagram I've posted here. https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb400f-england_model14639/partslist/E01-3.html  .
The seals numbered 285 (part # 91302044013) on the picture I can get from DSS as they are in stock, but 286/7 isn't in the associated parts list on the CMSL page I just linked, so I can't pull up the proper part number/s to put into the DSS search box, so I'm stuck. Can anyone help?

What arrived today in the post.... see the image. Doesn't look quite the same to me   Does the blue on the Interface gasket peel off or something? I'm doubtful I've got what I ordered. I'm not sure if I would need a sealant to use this one. Can anyone offer peace of mind or the opposite?

Could it be my wires are too short or something? I had to bend the tang on my new tail light assembly to finally have the associated wire go on and the two other wires nearly had me burst a blood vessel.  Honestly though when you have COPD it is things like this that make it show in the end. Is it easier to start undoing other things first. Any ideas? 

Oh dear....what if I hit a POTHOLE? 

For a few months I rode a GT380, the only air cooled two stroke I ever had. Anyone got an opinion if it made any difference or was it just a gimmick?

Before I go get it wrong on Ebay again, are the four carb overflow tubes on the CB400F 3.5 mm in diameter as per the inside?

I've discovered my tail light is on even when the headlamp is off and the brake light from the lever isn't working. I've checked everything under the tail light mount is plugged in and colour matched, all three wires are. Also did some twiddling about with the stop light switch no result. What on earth could be causing this.
