Title: Merry Christmas to all SOHC-ers
Post by: SteveD CB500K0 on December 25, 2015, 07:50:01 AM
It's not usual for me to be up at this time on Christmas morning but I was the driver last night so am bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning.

I hope you all have a great day and a prosperous new year.

Let's hope this global warming delivers us a decent riding season.

Steve.

Thanks Steve and the same to you and all SOHC members. Not been up this early on Christmas day since the kids were 'errr' kids. ;D

Unfortunately, global warming in Britain usually means rain. >:(

Stuff B.T.! They are almost as much aggro as talk talk. When we moved house a couple of years ago, plusnet said fine, phone at old house off at 7am, and on at new at 7am, and they were absolutely spot on! And, when you phone them, you get an English person answering (well, a Yorkshire person, close enough!) NEVER had any issues with any part of their service.

I think they are all crap, I was with Talktalk until just before I moved and had a big fall out with them as the service was s**t and now having problems with BT, they are blaming the Christmas holidays for poor customer service but it comes the same time each year so they had enough notice  ;D ;D ;D
(I should have added that the first problem BT encountered was they could not find my house.....it's been in the same place for 150 +years and no one has ever had a problem finding it s,. that was the first excuse they used to wind me up and many more have followed  >:( >:( >:( >:()

well,it looks like the local pub has WIFI  !!

try Plusnet,I know there are a BT company, but they seem pretty helpful for me,and use UK call centers !!

best wishes to you both,

I use plusnet for fibre, line rental and all calls free including 300 mins to mobiles for about £35 a month
