Hi Jim,
E mail sent, have finished the house renovation and am now back to Honda renovation.
Have completely stripped the bike, removed the head and barrels, have sprayed the cylinder head, barrels, oil pan and oil filter housing looking good so far.
Sprayed the parts left to dry over night and then baked in the oven for 1 hour at 200oc. The hardest part was removing the old paint and the oxidised aluminium, lots of work with the Dremel required, even though the head and barrels were soaked in a bath for 2 days at my local car engine shop.
Would attach photos if I knew how !
