CB750 / Help!
« on: June 06, 2010, 03:40:22 PM »
I have a 6"chopped 71 750-4 Honda. I put a dual chain and sprockets on it cause the last owner broke the chain and piled it up and broke the Eng case. I have a lowering bracket for the rear shocks, however with the dual chain, the adjustable spring tensioner on shock touches the chain. Are there any old school 750 Honda owners that have had this combination on their bikes?
Any ideas would be great. ??? Thanks

Hi all. I converted my bike over to L.E.D. lights. Using the old flasher, my signals wont blink. Has anyone done this before, if so what flasher did you use to get your signals to blink. With the old flasher they come on but no blink.
Please your help would be so appreciated, I need a out of province inspection and its the only thing thats keeping me off the road.
Thankssssssssssssss..........

Hello to everyone! Cool site. Bare with me as I'm totally new to this site.
I am rebuilding a 71 Cb 750k1. Been dragging it around with me for about 15 years and finally getting to it. Its got a 840 kit with a brand new case as the previous owners chain broke and piled it up, thus breaking the case.
I'm about 30 hrs away from giving her the first kick.
I have a question for any old school guru's. I bought a dual roller chain and sprockets and Im installing them on my old girl. I have a six inch extended front end and a lowering kit in the back, my chain is a fraction of a inch from the left rear shock? Does anyone have any advice or experience installing a dual chain on thier 750? thanks in advance...
