Title: Plug leads
Post by: bobv7 on April 22, 2020, 11:45:09 PM
The coils appear to be working OK so I'm reluctant to change them but the plugs leads are going on 50 years old and likely to be past their best. As they are part of the coil body would it be possible to splice new HT leads to the old leads perhaps using an in line connector of some sort? Just a thought! ::)

Bob go into the Aladdin’s cave section and Ash has done a tutorial on how to do this😀
It is in the SOHC general section.

This is how I fixed mine, following Ash's guide with a slight difference.

Been fine for 2 years and over 1000 miles now.
