Up for auction is my 1976 Honda CB-750K, it has 12650 original miles. Original owner, title in hand, bike purchased new, in a spur of the moment thing back in 1977. Used it on and off over the years when time permitted. Replaced original seat, added custom seat and rear bar rack. I could not find the original seat to restore bike to original condition. I did find the grab bar. Didn't ride the CB-750K much. I had the gas & oil tanks drained during the winter months, removed the battery and stored it in garage in a special cover made for motorcycle storage. On & off thought out the years, during the summer months, I would have the bike restored to riding condition and took it out for a riding. It didn't need much to restore, usually a new battery and fluids would do it.

I recently (Dec. 2010) had the bike serviced for the following: engine tune-up, carburetors cleaned/ float needles adjusted, new spark plugs, brake & tire inspection (2 new tires) new battery. New front brake, new fork seals. Clutch/ throttle cables and drive chain good condition, both front handles grips worn but still ok. I have been starting the bike up every 2-3 days, starts right up with starter button & kick-starter, No smoking at startup, No funny noises or strange vibrations, no leaks, just normal idle after warm up.

For a bike that is 35 years old, it looks new. Has original paint. The tank has very few minor scratches near gas cap. The chrome on this bike shows a very minor sign of pitting, nothing major. The engine has some scratched & rubbed surfaces. Turn signals all function. Head light & hi-beam, brake lights all function, Hi beam,Turn & Neutral indicators also function. Horn also functions. Bike right headlight fork ear has minor dent, right front turn signal lens has small crack near screw.
Front brake lever has rub mark on end of handle. Front fender has two inch hairline minor scratch. I have the original owners manual/Honda's Warranty Policy Service record and DMV 1977 purchase New Vehicle receipt.

I have provided pictures of the above mentioned flaws on the bike.
I took several hundred pictures of my bike, but was only able to list 24 pictures on ebay.
If you wish to see anything specific from the bike or see additional pictures just email me at  mbseek@yahoo.com

Again, considering this bike is 35 years and has 12650.9 miles, it is a very well preserved bike.

The bike is sold as is, No warranty.
All reasonable and /or relevant questions will be answered.

An original gas tank removed from a 1976 Honda CB750 back in 1977.  Owner wanted blue color scheme for his bike and removed gas tank and side covers. Gas tank and side covers stored in garage.  The gas tank has minor scratches from storage for 33 years. No dents or dings. Gas cap has minor pitting and operates as normal. Inside of gas tank is clean, The paint is original Honda Candy Antares Red. It still shines like new. The left & right side decals, (white, gold and black) also are very clean. The side Honda emblems are in very good condition with minor paint loss and will require the mounting screws. (2 for each emblem) for attaching back onto gas tank. The left side of tank is missing the lower strip molding.   Bottom of gas tank also clean. All defects are pictured.    Gas tank weight 9.5 lbs.

The paint is original Honda Candy Antares Red. It still shines like new. There is a 1" hairline size crack on front side of cover (see picture).
The 750 FOUR emblem & flying wing emblems are in perfect shape. Tabs are also in perfect shape, none missing or broken.

The paint is original Honda Candy Antares Red. It still shines like new.
The 750 FOUR emblem & flying wing emblems are in perfect shape. Tabs are also in perfect shape, none missing or broken.
After 33 years of storage, the only defect on the side cover is a warped area near the top of the 750 FOUR emblem. I took
several pictures of the warped area. Not sure how it got this way (Sun?). The side cover still fits & functions as normal. I put the cover on
my 1976 CB750 with no problem. If your not looking carefully, you might miss that the side cover has a warp.
