Hi All,
I've just joined the forum after buying a CB750K4 last week. I live in Adelaide, Australia and I'm looking forward to restoring the Honda....I may need a bit of help from you guys though :).
I'll see if I can add a pic of the bike.

Welcome to thr forum Blasta, nice looking bike you've got there. It looks all there apart from the handlebar grips. What needs doing to it, is it running OK, do you ride it much, how long have you had it????

Hi Mike,
Really all it needs to get it going is to sort out the front brake, which is ceased, and get the motor running. It has sat for a number of years and although it starts, it's running a bit rough. So I'll start with a oil change, check valve clearances, balance carbies, tune, and see how it goes after that. Sounded pretty good when it was running.....no bad noises.
Besides that the rest is cosmetic. New spokes, switchblocks, some of the chrome, and tons of little thing. It's a great starting position and it will look fantastic when it's finished.
I haven't ridden it at all.....in fact I've never ridden a K series and I'm really looking forward to it.
I've had it 5 days and it already looks like this;

so hopefully it won't be too long :)

welcome to the fun world of sohc,
the front brake can normally sorted by replacing the old rubber bits,seals etc !!
poor running is normally a carb issue,jets blocked etc
its a great looking bike,
enjoy it
