EBC site lists the 750F1 kit as CK1220 and the 750k6/k7/F2 kit as CK1145. I have worked on many of these bikes for more years than i can remember and i know that the F1 and K6 have the same basket, all plates the same apart from the outside one which has the bigger tabs.
I now regret binning my clutch charts away many years ago and no good phoning any suppliers, as all you get is "that what my computer states" >:(
Look up the OEM PN and it has been superseded more times than i have had hot dinners so, you don't even know if it the right size anymore. CMSNL even state that it also fits the 550, it can't because the ID size is well off.
So after a whole morning putting EBC to rights (and it would of gone in one ear and out the other). Has anyone got a old clutch plate chart ?
The plate i require is ID 120, OD 140, 12 tabs and 16mm wide tabs. This is the one and only plate i require ;)

I've not got that plate info, so no help there.
But as you do, thought the F1 and K6 were paired for transmission. The F2 and K7 use that doubled steel disc in the centre of the clutch pack, don't know if that's also in F1 and K6?
If not, then presumably they had to make space for it by reducing some of the other plates in thickness.
Only difference I can see between F2 and K7 is that they use different length springs, longer for F2 for more preload I guess aimed at the sort of use it'll get.

and yes it has the thick double plate located in the middle.
The problem these days is people just buy a clutch kit. I started of life in the business just buying single plates as it was half the price of a boxed kit. EBC don't sell singles anymore but, trade suppliers like Hi lever do. I know off the tip of my head that ID 120 , OD 140, 12 taps (pegs) at 14mm wide and plate thickness of 3.50 = #1033 but, for the life of me i can't remember the 16mm size i require so need a chart to obtain the correct number.

The OEM PN would of originally been 22202-371-000 i think ??? This is the problem with any parts lists, they don't give the size .

This is getting more confusing, i am on about the larger friction plate ;)

This not hard, all friction clutch plates have a official identification number.
As a example :
ID120mm, OD140mm, 12 peg x 14mm at 3.50 mm thickness is number 1033
ID108mm, OD125mm, 12 peg x 14mm at 3.00 mm thickness is number 1034
ID119mm, OD139mm, 12 peg x 14mm at 3.80 mm thickness is number 1061
And so on. I am looking for the official identification number for: ID 120mm, OD 140mm, 12 pegs x 16mm at 3.50 mm

I can see what you want, but finding that info seems really difficult. You'd have thought it would be out there somewhere.
I've got to 1059 as a possibility, taken from the following chart

From that line that says F2 in the 750 category, but they did do the twin cam cbx 750 motor as F2 designation. And details are really small on my screen.
I still can't find cross reference to real sizes that you need though.

I totally regret binning my old clutch book. It was like a telephone directory, and on every page was the blueprint and all the info. And what was the friction material, cork or silicon dioxide.
The closest i have found is ID120, OD139, 12 peg x 16mm with 3.60 thickness = 1070 . I am now wondering if the plate size was only licenced to Honda, like some of the gearbox bearings.

Went up today mate and had to take some pictures as his copier was duff, I think the plate you want has the following details:-
HI-Level ID OD Tang Width Thickness Tang No Vesrah Ref
OD Tang
191700 120 139 150 16 3.60 12 VP 1070

1070 is the closest i could find. The OEM is defiantly 140mm OD, would the 1mm difference make the clutch rattle ?

Wouldnt have thought so, 1mm on 140 is not a great amount. I have all the Hi Level pages photoed in sections if you want them.
