Spotted this when getting my monkey bike mot'd and thought it might be of interest.

Edit: Title corrected. I must type David Silvers so often that predictive text changed Sykes to Silvers.

I recall seeing this advert recently via a search. Unless I'm mistaken, there were more photos, one of which was the rider's view. The ignition keyhole was between the clocks. That made me a little suspicious as the ignition switch should be inside the fairing and the space between the clocks blanked off. Worth a double-check for anyone interested in pursuing this bike further. Cheers, D.

I don't know these bikes well enough to spot those kind of details, so I can't judge originality. It just stood out to me as being very close to immaculate.
By the way I've got no connection other than being a customer since I was a kid. They never would part with the cz100.

Yes, I saw the bike last week when I was in there and I posted a pic on the forum under 'Bimota Honda'. Nice looking bike but likewise I'm not sure whats original and what isn't, apparently built by someone in Darlington.

this Phil Read Replica went through the auction at the Stafford Classic Bike Show last autumn for £4255 so someone is trying to double their money.Theres a few bits 'wrong' on this bike but its still pretty nice .....
