Hello Archmill, looks exactly like that one but we will be sure when you check the numbers. I need just the lens, what bike is it on? Do you have a part number? Thanks.

Thanks for your replies, the bike should be a UK one. Frame number is CB750F-1039XXX.
Mick, if you do find yours, could you check the numbers on the lense for me? Thanks, Joseph 8
CB750 / CB750F tail light« on: June 03, 2012, 06:04:18 PM »
Looking for a tail light for a 1977 CB750F Supersport but the ones I've seen so far are unlike this one. They are either mounted by two screws or else 4 screws near the centre. The one I have is mounted by 4 screws very near the corners and it has the following code: STANLEY RR501 SAEA 71 1ATPE181 1 E 11 3246 AU40L1A JAPAN R-169
Any help, better so with part number, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Regards, Joseph 9

Today I adjusted my exhaust valve clearances at 0.004" too. No difference in engine tappet noise to my ears

Thanks for the link, but its a different part number and piston top is also different with deeper valve recesses.

Thanks for all the suggestions, much appreciated. I am not in a hurry since this is for my 'spare' engine, so maybe its worth waiting until I find a new piston.

Only need one piston, since the other 3 are good. However, thanks for your reply.

I'm looking for one standard CB750 K7 piston for engine CB750E-300XXXX (marked 392 near gudgeon pin, and measuring approximately 60.9mm at bottom of skirt). I would appreciate any help in locating one, preferably new (long shot, since these seem to be discontinued) or else good used. Thanks in advance.
Regards, Joseph
