I only recently got rid ofone of his price lists and i actualy bought a 605 kit for a 500 from him but never fitted as liners came out too thin

So..was his '250' kit for 500's a sleeved down set of barrels.....or a spanner to remove 2 pistons?

My 500 did that quite a lot on its own.

Every time it rained.

Then we discovered vulcanising rubber and a week in the airing cupboard for the coils.

My room-mate at Uni had a 180cc CB125S

It was a disaster from the word go.

I dint think it did more than a couple of miles in total.
