Does anyone know any more about the two UK bikes on ebay this morning

They look like 2 nice bikes..
They have also been for sale for some time..I remember the pics of the pair on the drive .
As for the low miles bike I would have thought a mention of the torn front rhs gator would have been worth a mention ..I understand if it's never been apart but personally i would have at the least bought a new pair to sell with the bike...
I dont want to start a pick the bike to bits thread as they do look nice....and we'll presented
Should they both have front spat guards on the front disc?

No spat on a UK unit ;) Also no zoom so, can't see everything, should have gold spoke nipples ;)

Did you have to have front plates then, cant remember which year they went optional.

I have had a 1971 and a 1972 with holes. Not sure when Honda stopped fitting the holed mudguards but, the British law did not require one from August 1975, when they became optional ;)

Early UK 400/4' s had the front number plate My Aug 75 had one originally as did the one my friend near me bought last year. The part number was a ---369--- 250/360 part and had a different style cable clip. I only learned about the clip difference recently via a friend who owns a couple of 400/4s

my M plate has the holes in the front mudguard,blanked by bolts
